Reported Crop Circles for the State of Iowa -

Laurens, Pocahontas County (July 6, 1972)

Two circles reported from this location, each ~90’ in diameter with the same grey dust found as in the Goldfield report. The circles were located close to a farmhouse where the farmer’s wife indicated that at 7:30pm a bright glow filled the room, the kitchen lights went out, the telephone “jumped off the wall”, and there was a loud bang outside; a few minutes later the lights came back on. The following morning, the circles were found nearby. This formation was reported after the original news article on the Story City appeared.

Eyewitness report only.

Crop type: Soybeans
